How to Find Us
We are located at 7343 Catherwood St in Mission, BC. We are located in a residential area, please follow the marked sidewalk to enter through the marked door on the backside of the house. No need to knock, come right on in! Please watch your step when inside, there is a marked step a few feet from the door. Take a seat in the lobby and your practitioner will be right with you!
Parking
Patient parking is available in front of the clinic on Catherwood St or on 2nd Avenue behind the clinic
We kindly ask that you help maximize space for all patients when possible by parallel parking and pulling as far forward as possible. Overflow parking is at the corner of Catherwood and Lougheed. Please park ONLY in the spots on the street. The inset parking lot is the property of the Mission Arts Council, please do not use their space, as there is risk of ticket/tow.
Prior to Arrival
Before you arrive at your appointment please ensure that you have completed the mandatory Covid-19 screening, this will be sent via email 8 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If this is your first appointment please complete your health intake form online. This will be available via your online profile when registering for online booking. An email prompt will follow the night before your appointment if this is not completed. Your practitioner will not be able to start your treatment until these forms are complete and in your file. Make sure you get the most use of your scheduled appointment time by being proactive and doing your homework.
Please check your emails within 8 hours of your appointment. You will receive a Mandatory Covid-19 Screening survey. This must be completed prior to your appointment. Arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This is to minimize traffic through our lobby allowing for safe physical distancing. We will continue to accept all payment types including e-transfer. A facial mask, either fabric or medical, is now required for all face-up portions of treatment for the safety of all patients and practitioners; it is highly recommended that you wear your mask while entering and exiting the clinic. Upon entry to the clinic please immediately wash your hands or use the sanitizer provided. We also ask that you repeat this process prior to exiting the treatment room.
