At Dailey Health & Wellness our goal is to keep you and your appointment stress free- this is why we are proud to offer direct billing to over 30 private insurance companies for Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) Appointments. We strive to provide our patients a simple and streamlined billing process because who likes the extra paperwork?
Any balance not covered by your policy is due at the time of your appointment.
Our office is unable to see what your plan covers in advance.
If you have questions regarding your policy and any restrictions regarding direct billing please speak to your account administrator.

Please Note *Non-RMT massage treatments are NOT covered by extended medical in most circumstances.
Public Insurers:

We do not offer direct billing to ICBC. We are more than happy to offer treatment, however you are responsible for the full cost of your appointment. Please discuss treatment and reimbursement options with your Lawyer or Adjuster.
At this time we are currently unable to accept any new WorksafeBC claims. If you are an existing patient, please discuss treatment options with your regular therapist.
MSP
Our therapists do not directly bill to MSP. You may submit a reimbursement document via msp website to submit on your own behalf. Please ask your therapist to provide you with a detailed receipt.
